Teacher on YouTube, Student in Trouble
A student in Finland put a video clip of his teacher singing Karaoke on YouTube, however, he added a caption to the video which said "Karaoke of the mental hospital". The boy received a fine from the Finnish courts. YouTube is owned by Google (GOOG), which trades on NASDAQ.
